I've been saying this same thing for years. In fact, when my mom bought a Lexus in October I told her she would forget how to drive, claim ownership of the road and that I would never ride in the car.

6 months in to the Lexus ownership, there has already been an accident (relatively minor thank god), of my mom's doing, which is her first accident since she was 16.
