In Sane Do...
After a week and a half of no classes, I took two last night (black belt and advanced belt (purple to novice black)).
I'm not sure why. After the first class, I was feeling great. This should have been a huge warning.

DANGER WILL ROBINSON!
This was my body on an endorphin rush or something. By the end of the second class I was ready to fall on the floor. Wearing black means I don't get to quit, no matter how bad it gets. If I start a class, I finish it unless I have to be carried off the floor.
I'm paying for that this morning.
I get to teach a class of my own again this Saturday. That's so cool.
