On things's wristy...
Mine, specifically. I slipped on the stairs yesterday, and caught myself with the hand attached to the wrist that can't bear weight, thanks to being sprained. Hurt like a fother mucker.
I'm supposed to test for second degree in October. If I can't get healthy, that's not happening, and I will be very unhappy camper.
I've been taking less classes and no sparring classes at all since I got hurt, and my wrist was healing slowly but surely. I think I set myself back quite a bit.
And damn it, my wrist HURTS.
I need to get one of those Wrist Strong rubber bracelets from Colbert.

You have all the way to October. It's seems close I'm sure, but you really do have some time. Just take care of it and stop being clumsy. hehe. =)
