After class tonight, we did some board breaking. I chose to do a traditional round kick (hit with the ball of the foot instead of instep) through a suspended board (only held on one edge), because I'd never done that before. Went through it like it wasn't there.

Man, if I EVER get in a fight with a tree, that mother fucker is going down.
