Israel's approach to security is "Kill them till they love us." That approach has never worked. Sometimes in history it has turned into "Kill them until they can't feed their children, much less bother us" which has worked. But they have been trying for some time now, and as usual, it's not making anything any better, and often appears to be making things worse.
