It usually starts with DC drivers. This morning it was a woman in a Jeep Grand Cherokee going north on Fort Myer Drive. For those of you not familiar with the Rosslyn area of Arlington, Fort Myer Drive is 4 lanes of one way traffic going south. I'm not sure what the fuck they put in the water on the other side of the bridge, but it's obviously bad for you.
