However, Syriana isn't one of them.
I know what they were trying to do, but it didn't work. Pick any one scene and it was a damn fine bit of film, but the whole was...blah. The point the film maker was trying to get across gets lost in the endless montage of individual loosely related parts. Everything converges and all the sudden the movie stops. It was like watching a Neal Stephenson novel.

And now iTunes has started playing Ministry - So What. Apparently it's all industrial all the time this morning (it opened with Die Warzau when I got around to starting it).
