Supposedly, it's going to turn to freezing rain, and then rain, but the temperature is at the highest it's expected to get and the rain snow line hasn't moved in hours.
I can only wonder what I'm missing that makes me think it's not likely to change over, but still has the weather service convinced that it's going to...
