I am apparently running on all cylinders.
I had a physical last week (it'd been almost two years, I didn't mean to skip a year, it just sort of slipped my mind...), and I checked out fine. Blood pressure is in the lower half of the normal range according to the gauge in the dash, and BPMs at idle are in the mid to high 50s according to the tachometer. Throttle response is great when you put hammer down, and the frame and suspension all check out nominal.
A fluid check reveals that my LDL is 90, my HDL is 50, and total cholesterol is 160 (meaning my VHDL is 20, must be that Castrol Syntec I've been using...). They also say my liver, kidneys, and thyroid appear to be functioning normally, so no need for a new O2 sensor or a tune up this trip. My hemoglobin/hematocrit are within normal ranges, so no fluids need replacement currently.
The throttle body is clean and has no trouble passing air to the injectors and the injectors appear to be fully functional, completely mixing air and fuel in proper ratios.
There are a few scratches and dents on the body, but none worth having a new paint job over. There's an unnecessary limited service spare, and its removal will result less weight and even better performance, so we're looking in to that.
