I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to come. I want to come to DC, I want to see you. Unfortunately, I'm moving two weeks after that and I expect to be in full Move Mode. I cannot come. Sigh.

I have a pretty strong intent, but if I do I will probably not claim crash space. (I mean, if no one else does, fine, but I'm usually more comfortable having a hotel room to mess up instead of feeling self-conscious about messing up someone's house, so I'm happy to let others in the queue ahead of me.)

Also, for the East Coast people reading this, I am considering making this an actual week of vacation and wandering up and/or down the coast if that turns out to be feasible. So, Dilick, I'm lookin' at you. Leigh, Steeves, Chad, Kate, I'm lookin' at you.

Probably would help if I told you where I need directions FROM.

1) I live in Calverton, Maryland. Basically just off of I-95 North, a couple of miles north of the Beltway.

(A few miles north of Silmaril's place, if that helps.)

2) If I recall correctly the social starts on April 11, so I may want to go directly from the Census Bureau that day. Also in Maryland, in the Suitland Federal Center. Which is just off of Silver Hill Road, a few miles inside the Beltway between Pennsylvania avenue and Suitland Parkway.

April 12th is the parade. I was really planning on bringing Corinne, but now I'm not sure.

Also, I really hope to be there. "Things" have just come up. Will let everyone know as soon as I do.
