I braved traffic, the cold, and the random transient weirdos who seem to live on the Metro last night, and met [livejournal.com profile] prince_eric, [livejournal.com profile] scifantasy, [livejournal.com profile] silmaril, and [livejournal.com profile] lundblad for dinner at The Brickskeller.

Fun times were had by all, and it was good to see all you folks I haven't seen in a while (where "a while" is variable from a few months to half a decade).

Our waitress was fairly hilarious, but not because she was trying to be. She was just a weird mix of running to death trying to cover three sections with a couple trainees shadowing her, and very laid back twenty-something in her speech patterns. I still don't think she was on anything more than andrenalin, caffiene and nicotine.
