Just as a random data point, if you click on that link without looking at what the extension is (like I just did), your Mozilla window looks very interesting as a result.

But the word "rubber bands" combined with the subject line give me all too many clues as it is.

Oh, it doesn't screw up the browser at all. It just shows lotsa pretty binary "text". It's been a while since I viewed a file like that.
