Don't be envious, it's not our fault. Life is terminal.

Re: Uh...

Now THAT, I will agree with.

So... how's your hammer hanging?

Re: Uh...

You have no idea how amusing it is to think of you at 30+ and still as crude as ever, Ms. Tolley.

Re: Uh...

Heh heh heh...

Actually, my name is not "Ms. Tolley" anymore. I'm a happily married woman, believe it or not. And I'm still very crude.

Re: Uh...

I saw that when I visited your site, but you don't actually indicate your name, so I went with what I knew.

Re: Uh...

You can call me Mrs. Crossen... or simply "Jenny".

Re: Uh...

You do yourself a disservice above, madam.

It's not so hard to believe you're married. Why, there's an Englishman on my Friends List whose Attraction Meter you'd likely trip to the point of breaking. Nice fellow, when he's not planning the destruction of the rest of the human race for his own good.

Re: Uh...

Thanks... I think. Actually, I did manage to find a very wonderful guy... via the wonderful world of the internet. He's made me a stepmother of three kids that we never see-- they live in Arizona and their mother is intimidated by me. We're hoping to someday have one or two of our own... and with any luck, we'll be able to move out of Fairfax County someday too! No matter what I do, I can't seem to leave Virginia for very long.

Re: Uh...

And what's wrong with Fairfax, hmm?

I have zero intentions of living here forever, but it is a nice place to live with lots of things to do and a great school system.

Re: Uh...

Nothing's wrong with it. Before my parents moved to Gloucester back in 1980, we lived in Fairfax County-- right after my dad retired from the Air Force. And now I'm BACK, because my husband is in the Army. I'd just like to live somewhere else. Most people marry into the military and move AWAY from home. I married into the Army and moved BACK home-- that is, Virginia. It's a lovely state, but I'd like to see another part of the country. Frankly, I'm also sick of all the traffic up here, although living on Fort Belvoir makes it somewhat less obnoxious.
