Kind reminds me of Reno Raines on his less sane days ("Renegade", a rather crappy framed-ex-cop-on-a-motorcycle show starring Lorenzo Lamas, famous for.. well, nothing really, although he's got an imdb credits list as long as my arm).

He's a fairly recognizable B actor, but I don't look much like him, other than having hair about that length.

I amend my pirate comment. Every time I saw the icon it reminded me of something that I couldn't quite reach... and now I remember. Albrecht Durer's self-portrait. It's the hair that does it. Which makes you a medieval, artistic, grouchy pirate.
