Since I've been off the Strattera, my endurance has gone way back up, and I find myself doing silly things like taking two classes a night. And not taking days in between to let things recuperate. My legs, they're complaining. A Lot. So, I think as punishment, I'll take class again tonight. If I'm feeling particularly cruel, I'll take TWO!

Mwaahahahahahhhahhaaahahahhahahhahh!

That light at the end of the tunnel? That's the train known as the Black Belt Exam Express, and it's a meager 4 months away. This is the price to be paid if I'm going to be ready in time for February.

Pain is weakness leaving the body, you'll do fine. With 4 months to go you're in full blown training mode I'd imagine. Carbohydrates, especially the sugary variety, are excellent post workout. They help restore depleteed gycean(sp) stores in the muscles, this aids in recovery and rebuilding.

Just remember "don't place faith in human beings, cause' human beings are unrealiable things...", damm how come MoLG never shows up in DDR.
