Every time the NWS updates the Winter Storm Warning for our area, they increase the expected amount of snowfall. We've gone from an upper bound of five inches accumulation to an upper bound ten inches in the last twelve hours.

Bread, milk, eggs. Make sure you actually have some, because you KNOW the grocery store shelves will be denuded of them by nightfall.

I was making great time yesterday until two miles from the GW into NY. Then everything stopped and the rain started. The last four hours of the drive to Boston SUCKED.

We're here, spent the day at the Museum of Science, in which I was blinded, and are now back at the Radisson on Stuart St. just off Boston Common. It's still raining.

And Fridays are supposed to be cool and all that, but my hip joints are screaming and now my head feels like it's being stabbed.

There's nothing for it but to wait for the ibuprofen to kick in.

Oh, and it's cold again. On the first day of Spring no less.

I don't have time for this. I have things to do and I have the pre test for second degree tomorrow afternoon.

Oh, and I'm tired. Daylight Saving Time can kiss my ass.

Aaaaaaaaannnd...the cold is back. It was 32F when I left the house this morning. So our temporary reprieve from the cold is over.

Yep, the weather is a tease. She was all warm and cuddly this weekend, but now we're getting chilly stares, and the cold shoulder is coming.

At least I got to drive with the top down for a bit, but it won't be full time top down weather for another six seeks at least.

Current overnight lows are expected to be potentially in the single digits. Tomorrow, it MIGHT get above freezing.

On Friday? It's going to be in the low 60s.
