Yeah. My commute to work was fifteen minutes today. Usually it's forty-five. I think EVERY day should be a federal holiday!
(Or a Jewish holiday. Those clear the roads around here just as efficiently. More efficiently, actually. And I would also have the "no one working" thing going for me. Unfortunately, no one in my business gives a rat's ass about federal days off. Me for 24/7 Jewish holidays!)
It's not a shock that the home of the Fed is a ghost town on federal holidays, but why is L.A. shut down? You guys make movies and work on destroying America.
Yes, it is puzzling. All I can conclude is that our movie-making and America-destroying activities are surrounded and supported by a disproportionately large number of postal employees.
