What's the difference between a Christopher Hitchens and Pat Robertson?

That's awesome. Though...please don't use Hitch as your baseline atheist! That earns you negative points.

"Opinions are like assholes..."

Hitch has spread his idiocy far and wide, and obviously his last book is the one that gets the biggest play. But Dawkins... Dawkins makes me want to punch him. Can I please find a good atheist that doesn't make me feel like I'm on the wrong team just because of my fellow travelers?

That's what I figured, and yes, I was therefore joking.

(That is, I named Dawkins as a joke under the impression you thought he was an ass.)

Why not? Robertson is just as big an asshole on the other end of the spectrum?

I'm not sure. Hitch gets special nods for being so gung-ho about the Iraq war from the very start. I mean, it was ok to support going into Iraq, but Hitch took to Bush's left teat like he hadn't had a meal for a month.

My whole life, Kenn.

That is how long I could have gone without that image.
