Right now, there's a special if you combine that book with "The Ultimate Guide to Cunnilingus". Now, if after all the reading, someone is still trying to figure out what to do with their partner, well, perhaps it's time to give up :)

It's a great book, I hear. My former potential-girlfriend-who-never-made-up-her-mind owns it, and I've been thinking about getting it myself. (Though I learned about fisting from a site for gay men. Most of the same things apply, except the sections about lube.)
