I hit the Verizon Wireless store over the weekend to ask them for a replacement for the belt clip that broke pretty much as soon as I brought it home. It's been sitting on the counter where I keep my keys, wallet, etc. for several weeks now. Despite being way past the fourteen day return policy, VZW not only replaced it for free, they gave me the leather holster for my phone as the replacement.

I'm sure the normal level of suckage that all telcos normally aspire to will continue forward from here, but I was so stunned that I felt required to note the one time in my life dealing with a telco wasn't completely and totally infuriating.
