Yet another voice mail module dies. This one lasted three days. At present rate of time in service to death, the next one will arrive already broken.

I wonder if the power supply and/or the main frame is 100%, if it keeps killing VM modules. Assuming that these modules are not something totally custommade for you guys, they must last longer elsewhere, so something in your setup must be doing something.
