Some people say the rain makes them sleep better.

I just keeps me up all god damned night.

Need sleep...

I got email this weekend from a former classmate. She's apparently on the committee to hunt us down for our twenty year reunion (I'm easy to find, I have a profile on Classmates that dumps my email address in a place where it's hidden in plain sight, and fuck them and their bullshit attempts to make people pay for even the smallest amount of info).

From said mail "You look exactly the same in your picture on classmates-well, with longer hair-but you don't look like you have aged a bit-lucky!" Yes, I can still pass for 'please make me show ID to buy alcohol' if I shave (too much gray in the facial hair otherwise). This annoyed me for a long time, but the older I get, the less it seems to bother me.

Twenty.

Fuck, I'm getting old or something.

It's tempting to go.

Heh. I was recently tracked down and nagged about my 20th.

My response was "You couldn't give me the time of day in high school, what the HELL makes you think I'm possessed of any give-a-shit for you NOW?"

High school sucked, I've no interest in spending money to spend time with people I can't be bothered to give a rat's ass about.

Yay! A sensible attitude. Even notice that the people who are big in organizing the reunions are always the ones with the whole "high school is the best time of your life" mindframe?

I feel pity for those poor, sad losers. My life only got better once I left high school. If that's the high point...wow.

Rain helps me sleep! It's also impossible for me to get up in the morning when it's raining. =(

You should go. it would be funny to see what everyone looks like 20yrs later.

Strangeness. Not more than an hour ago someone contacted me through Facebook about my 20th high school reunion. I'm tempted to go, just to get a good slice of pizza. I haven't been to Jersey in eight years.
