Third emperor. He was the first real prince of
Rome, too spoiled for his own good. Almost his
entire family was killed by Tiberius but him,
and he moved to Capri to live with him. In
love with is own sister. Was a good emperor
until he got sick. When he got better, he was
full of evil.
