One addition: At the bottom of the "applies to" list I'd add "Every single piece of software ever written, even starting from Bill's BASIC for Apple kits"---and that just because they are trying to keep the content scope to Microsoft products, one would assume.

Altix was Bill's first BASIC platform, and it applies to any question you'd ever pose on damn near any forum anywhere.
