Someone please explain to me how someone can use a computer for over a decade and still have no fucking clue what the difference between a file manager and a remote login session is. This isn't fucking rocket science. It's willful stupidity. It explains a lot about the species really.

You would have laughed recently as I patiently reconfigured several non-technical users' Reflections (a glorified Telnet app) to connect to a new server (an application was moved from an old VMS server to a new one). All they know is they click on this icon, type in their login and password, and type "vis" to run the app.
